Our Mission

The idea behind Pure Drop is simple - to help feed the world with healthy food that is simple, natural, and easy to understand.

We believe high-quality food should not be a luxury. Everyone should have access to great food at an affordable price, available in everyday supermarkets around the world.

By combining carefully selected ingredients with next-generation freezing technology, we aim to preserve the quality, texture, and freshness of food from the moment it is packed until it reaches the table.

OUR APPROACH TO TECHNOLOGY

What Is
HPP?

High pressure processing (HPP) treats sealed food packages with intense pressure, reducing microorganisms without relying on conventional high-heat treatment.

For guacamole, HPP can help maintain flavour and texture while extending refrigerated shelf life. The product still needs appropriate packaging, validated processing and a reliable cold chain.

We also explore next-generation freezing technology for products where freezing is the right fit, with the aim of protecting quality, texture and freshness.
